About us We, Sylvie Oszoli and Jiri Danhel are professional restaurateurs. We received our comprehensive education and training as well as our profound professional experience in Germany’s top gastronomy, in renowned establishments like the five star Hotel Intercontinental and the top restaurant “La Pecherie” in Stuttgart. Long-term employments abroad, in Austria and in Switzerland, completed our gastronomic experience. In the last couples of years, we managed the gastronomical sector of the State Theatre in Stuttgart, which was for the sixth time already awarded the “Opera of the Year” in Germany. Now we have decided to take a professional and entrepreneurial step forward toward the future, as the owners and managers of a small but refined holiday resort, where simply everything will contribute to your wellness: the location, the environment, the peace and quiet, the relaxation, the culinary highlights and the wide selection of recreational activities.
